Denise is a Principal at SSB. She focuses on helping her clients achieve their financial and business goals through assurance and business advisory services. She assists organizations with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, strategic planning, obtaining new financing, improving operations and building management teams. Her energetic approach helps clients address their challenges and accomplish their goals. She is passionate about helping SSB clients stay abreast of the growing demands of a highly competitive marketplace. Denise has extensive experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries, insurance, employee benefit plan audits, estate and succession planning, as well as professional practice sectors.

Denise is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and its Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center. She is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber and the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce. Denise serves as the Board Chair for the Board of Directors of Salem Regional Medical Center, and she resides on the Board of Directors for the Firestone Surgery Center. She is a past Board Member of the Cardinal Joint Fire District and currently sits on the Finance and Personnel Committees. Denise is an OSCPA Power of Change Honoree, and she is a graduate of Youngstown State University.
