Nicole is a Senior Manager at SSB, providing accounting, tax and advisory services to privately held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. She works closely with business owners and leadership teams to understand their goals, evaluate opportunities and develop practical strategies to support long-term success. Drawing on her experience in both public accounting and industry, Nicole brings a broad business perspective to her client relationships and serves as a trusted advisor beyond traditional accounting and compliance services.

Nicole has particular experience in the construction and manufacturing industries, with expertise in financial analysis, internal controls, risk assessment and corporate governance. She enjoys helping leaders use financial information to better understand their businesses, make strategic decisions and plan for the future.

A strong believer in the importance of developing people, Nicole mentors team members and helps create opportunities for emerging leaders to grow within the firm. She facilitates leadership development initiatives and enjoys helping professionals recognize their strengths, expand their perspective and develop the skills needed to become effective leaders.

Nicole is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a graduate of Youngstown State University and remains actively engaged in professional and community organizations throughout the Mahoning Valley.
