Tracie is the Managing Principal of SSB providing strategic direction to the SSB team. She assists closely held business owners with financial management, tax planning and consulting to help them grow their businesses. She listens carefully to their concerns and helps to develop and implement strategies to achieve their business goals. She consults with a variety of industries, including manufacturing, mining, construction and retail. Tracie directs SSB’s employee benefit plan audit team. She also provides human resource support and assistance to help clients build their management and accounting teams.    
Tracie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a member of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber (YWRC) and serves as President of the Dover Club. Tracie also serves on the Board of Directors of the Henry H. Stambaugh Auditorium Association. Tracie was nominated for the 2023 ATHENA Award presented by the YWRC. She is a graduate of the University of Akron.
