Principal

Tom is a Principal at SSB. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with experience providing business valuations, which are used in merger and acquisitions, divorces and for gift and estate tax purposes, for a variety of industries. He focuses on helping clients achieve their financial and business goals through assurance and business advisory services. He offers expertise in consulting, bank financing, growing businesses and exit planning for privately held companies. Tom specializes in the construction and manufacturing industries.

Tom is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber and the Mahoning-Shenango Valley Estate Planning Council. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Better Business Bureau, as well as the Community Board of Directors for Huntington National Bank. Tom is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
